The customer service is really good when you eat inside the restaurant. We came about half an hour before closing time and received very good service. The food was also served quite fast and tasted really good. Our server packaged our food and really took care of us. I suggest this restaurant and will probably return!

Ordered delivery they quoted 45 mins or longer. It got here in less than 15 mins! Steaming hot and tasted very fresh I got the sesame chicken and wontons. Really satisfied!

Jade Dragon has been my favorite Chinese food restaurant since I discovered it in 2008. Nothing I've ever tried on the menu has been bad; this is one of the few restaurants that I'm confident I could close my eyes, drop my finger onto the menu and whatever it landed on would be delicious. Every single person I have ever brought to this restaurant: family, friends, girlfriends, has given positive reviews of the food they ordered. While food is incredibly subjective, the overall impressions from everyone have been positive to greater and lesser degrees. The Good: crispy egg rolls, I have never gotten a piece of chicken with gristle or chewy fat on it, excellent breading on the sesame chicken, friendly and consistent service, fast service, to-go orders are very nicely packaged with everything you need (utensils, condiments, napkins, cookies). The Bad: the interior of the restaurant could stand a renovation, the exterior sign is not lit at night Personal Recommendations: - Egg rolls - Chicken fried rice - Sesame chicken - Cashew chicken

They have some of the best wontons, but an otherwise limiting menu. Their family style tofu was good and a bit spicier than I expected. The decor is nice and they are well priced.

There is no competition to this Chinese place...none I tell you! This has been a staple for my family since I was little...now having my own family, this is our regular Chinese spot. The lo mein is SPECTACULAR. The noodles are thick, the veggies are fresh, and my mouth us now watering. My husband absolutely adores the hot and sour soup. He says it tastes more traditional than any place he's ever been. We asked one of the staff and they said they use a different kind of pepper. Yum! They deliver, have take out (of course), and if you so choose to dine in, get ready for a great experience.

I'll order from Jade Dragon until the day I die (or my office moves). For the last several years our company has been ordering from Jade Dragon, in some cases multiple times a week. We've easily had over 75 orders from Jade in the last several years, and have never once had an issue. Our orders are always fresh, hot, delicious and to us lightning fast. To boot, we've never once had a bad interaction with staff, everyone I've ever interacted with has been genuinely cheerful and pleasant.

Extremely fast! The food was really just okay... :/ I'd like to say it was awesome but, well, it was just another chinese place, and pretty greasy at that. Just an FYI... if you're allergic to shell fish don't order the wonton soup. It's chock full of shrimp. If you're a veggie lover it's chock full of broccoli too.

If you're looking for "high quality" Chinese food/service/environment, Jade Dragon is not for you. HOWEVER, for the price that it is, Jade Dragon is pretty reasonable if you're looking for a quick bite to satisfy your Chinese food craving. In terms of delivery, I don't recommend it, unless it's a blizzard outside and you really just don't want to leave the house. I've never ordered Jade Dragon and had it take less than an hour to deliver (I live less than a mile away--I've only done this during blizzards). To be fair, the disclaimer on the website says that it'll take 45 minutes to an hour for any deliveries. Mostly I enjoy picking up my orders to go. I would recommend the Shrimp Fried rice, egg rolls, and broccoli and beef.

I used to frequent this place often. But that was before I discovered a short black hair in the shrimp with lobster sauce. When we told the hostess/waitress (I think she is one of the owners) about it, she just said "sorry" and walked away. To add insult to injury, she kept the food on the table and took 15% off our total ticket. I was too grossed out to eat any more, and too insulted to go back.

Whenever we have a hankerin for Chinese food we always order from Jade Dragon. They have so many delicious items - seasame chicken, all the lo meins are great, twice-cooked pork, etc. The steamed dumplings are good, too. We've never had an issue with them mixing things up, forgetting something or being late. In fact, they consistently arrive well within whatever delivery timeframe we're told over the phone. One time the guy was there in under 20 minutes. We've ordered from Jade Dragon easily two dozen times and will continue to as long as we live here in COS.

Best dumplings in the springs! My favorites are the dumplings, paper chicken, and sesame chicken. Friendly service and delivery to a limited area (that I am sadly just outside of). Reasonable prices and much MUCH better quality food than buffet style Chinese.

I have ordered from Jade Dragon 3 times now, delivery each time. I have to admit, I have been VERY surprised each time. I have not been compelled to write a Yelp review of a restaurant for a long time, but this place is something special. You can tell that the ingredients are as fresh as possible, and the cooks there do not over-cook the food. I have ordered Szechaun Beef, Pork with Garlic Sauce, Wonton and Egg Drop Soups, Combination Fried Rice, and the Fried Wontons. I was most impressed with the Wonton Soup. The broth is much richer than one would expect by how clear it is. It is subtle and refreshing. I can't stress this next point enough: the spicy food is actually spicy. I don't know how many times I have ordered Chinese food from other places, expecting it to be spicy, and it is sweet. Drives me crazy. This last time that I ordered, the Szechaun Beef was so hot that I drank 2 sodas while eating it (lay off, they were diet). It made me very happy. I asked that the cook make it extra spicy, and not only did he/she do just that, they even included extra pepper oil with the order. The minimum order for delivery is $15, which may be a bit steep for some. The Fried Wontons were a bit sweet for my liking, but that is a personal preference more than a quality concern. I strongly recommend this little Chinese joint. It's great.

Food was yummy, people friendly, and reasonably priced for anyone to afford. Location difficult to navigate too! But, plenty of parking. I'll be going back soon. Even, my picky eater son, loved the egg rolls, the wife said it was average, but better then any other oriental food that we have eaten so far in the Springs.

I called Jade Dragon today for delivery. I was informed it was a minimum $15 order for delivery, which is a bit high but not a show stopper. I ordered Kang Pao Chicken with fried rice instead of white rice. And I ordered fried dumplings for my appetizer. My order arrived about 30 mins later fresh and hot. Only problem was the fried dumplings I ordered were steamed instead of fried and the rice was plane white instead of the fried rice I paid for. The Kang Pao Chicken itself was very tasty with large portions, but not getting the order as I requested it was a very sour note. I only have two more weeks here in town before heading home so I'm not sure I'll try it again. The price was a little high, but not terrible.
